Built it.
Ran it. Learned.
“The difference between advice and accountability is having owned the outcome yourself.”
The Dowling name traces back to the hills of Ireland — and Samuel brings something of that character to the work: built things, operated them, and been accountable for outcomes long before a consultancy gave it a title.
At Auburn University’s Harbert College of Business, he graduated with a 3.8 GPA in Business Administration. Every course treated as preparation for what came next, not a box to check.
Before consulting, there was Auburn Wiring — a network infrastructure company he founded and ran. Licensing. Negotiations. Jobsite management. Client relationships end to end. When you work with Samuel Dowling, you’re working with someone who has sat on both sides of the table.
Today he serves as an Associate Advisory Consultant at CDW | CAS, working across enterprise clients in project management, disaster recovery strategy, and business continuity. The work is not theoretical. It is evidence.
