The website is not the résumé.
It is the argument.

02 — Story

Built it.
Ran it. Learned.

“The difference between advice and accountability is having owned the outcome yourself.”

The Dowling name traces back to the hills of Ireland — and Samuel brings something of that character to the work: built things, operated them, and been accountable for outcomes long before a consultancy gave it a title.

At Auburn University’s Harbert College of Business, he graduated with a 3.8 GPA in Business Administration. Every course treated as preparation for what came next, not a box to check.

Before consulting, there was Auburn Wiring — a network infrastructure company he founded and ran. Licensing. Negotiations. Jobsite management. Client relationships end to end. When you work with Samuel Dowling, you’re working with someone who has sat on both sides of the table.

Today he serves as an Associate Advisory Consultant at CDW | CAS, working across enterprise clients in project management, disaster recovery strategy, and business continuity. The work is not theoretical. It is evidence.

Where theory
becomes evidence.

04 — Capability

The tools
are not the
point.

Samuel works with AI the way a craftsman works with power tools — not as the thing that defines the work, but as the thing that multiplies its quality and speed.

Gemini for workspace orchestration and project management. Claude for development and problem-solving. Fluent across every major LLM. The result: capabilities that previously required a team.

This site is not an exception. It is the demonstration.

05 — Beyond the Brief

What makes someone
worth knowing.

Sound & Motion

Guitar strings and snare hits. Songs written and half-finished. The discipline of learning an instrument is the same discipline that runs a project — patience, iteration, and knowing when something is finally right.

Body as System

Health, fitness, peptide research, endocrinology. The science of how the body responds, adapts, and performs. The same curiosity that drives the lab drives the boardroom.

Elsewhere

New cities. Unfamiliar streets. Problems solved in foreign time zones. Travel is not an escape — it is research into how other people do things, and what can be brought back.

06 — Connect

A conversation
is where it
starts.

Open to new engagements, collaborations, and conversations about business, strategy, and technology. If something on this page surprised you — that’s the point.
